What to expect on your billing statement

Step by step

Upon your first visit to Flagship, our team will help set up your account to continue washing at Flagship through our license plate reader technology and by swiping your credit card for $0.01. This one-cent charge will display as the Statement Charge Name shown below. You'll continue to be charged your recurring membership fee until we fully transition to our new point-of-sale system. Your new access lets you wash across Flagship's network — 10 locations in the Philadelphia area, with more coming soon.

Heads up: Your monthly charge will continue to appear as "Pete's" until the transition is complete — about 90 days. After that, charges will show under the Statement Charge Name listed below based on the location where your tag was swapped, and your recharge date will update to the date of the $0.01 charge.

Rest assured, Pete's will continue to operate with the same commitment to exceptional service that you trust.

Is Pete's Express Car Wash changing ownership?
Pete's Express Car Wash recently joined another car wash company. Our commitment to delivering high-quality service remains unchanged, and there are no immediate adjustments to our operations. Building strong relationships and understanding how we can best serve you is an essential part of our core values. We're excited to continue providing the quality you expect.
Will the services or pricing change?
The wash packages at Flagship Carwash are slightly different than those at Pete's, but don't worry — we've worked diligently to match you up with the same level of wash and price point that you're accustomed to. If any changes occur in the future, we'll communicate these updates well in advance.
Why is there a $0.01 charge from "Flagship Carwash" on my credit card statement?
To ensure you're set up on our new point-of-sale system and can continue washing, our team members will add your account details and swipe your credit card for $0.01. Your current membership charge will continue to be billed as Pete's Express Car Wash until our system update is complete. At that point, all future membership charges will appear on your credit card statement as Flagship Carwash.
Will hours of operation or staff change?
You'll still see the same friendly teams at your local wash — because strong relationships and personalized service are at the heart of what we do. We're proud to continue delivering the quality you've come to expect, and we remain your trusted Philadelphia car wash. Our hours are adjusting slightly to daily, 7am – 8pm.
Can I use my membership at other Flagship locations?
Yes! One of the biggest benefits of the rebrand is expanded access. You can now use your membership at all Flagship Carwash locations, not just your original site. Flagship operates in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C.
Will I still receive the same quality and speed?
Absolutely. You can continue to count on our teams for the fast, friendly service you know and love. Flagship is committed to supporting the Pete's team with even more resources — and we're learning from their success by incorporating best practices from this market across all our operations.
How long will the location I visit be closed?
We anticipate minimal disruption to our valued customers.
