By signing up for an Unlimited Membership, you authorize Pete’s Express Car Wash to charge your credit card account on a monthly basis for the unlimited plan you select. This automatic recharge will continue until you cancel on the online portal or by giving a 7-day notice prior to the next billing date. Pete’s Express Car Wash may adjust the rates or cancel this plan at any time without notice and that your unlimited plan will be cancelled if the monthly recharge is declined by the card processor. Each unlimited membership is only valid for one car per membership. No refunds or credits will be issued for unexpected circumstances that may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure, scheduled maintenance, inclement weather, etc.
